As lawyers ,   we have a broad knowledge of the space in which our clients work.

Drawing on our years working with AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Yahoo!, Taboola, DriveNets, and numerous startups, we are well-down the learning curve regarding how best to help our clients quickly make the deals that convert promising ideas into profitable sales. For example, we have 

  • negotiated the sale of online advertising services and ad tech solutions to publishers large and powerful, small and rising, and everyone in between;

  • completed the sale of clients’ software and systems solutions to dozens of wireless and traditional telecom operators and internet service providers throughout the world;

  • closed distribution, advertising and procurement transactions that were fundamental to the operation of one of the world’s most prominent web portals;

  • negotiated numerous sales of data security- oriented SDK licenses and software-as-a- service arrangements with content providers and device manufacturers around the world;

  • handled the intelletual property aspects of the sale of a software-as-a-service business; and

  • developed and implemented numerous distribution, sales agency, procurement, product trial, software-as-a-service, employment and lease agreements for clients operating across a wide range of industries.


As entrepreneurs , we, too, are category creators. We recognized a void in the legal field that other firms, large and small, are either not staffed to fill or are not structured to address in a cost-effective manner. We are deal-tested counsel who work directly with technology-centered companies – rather than through junior colleagues and other proxies – to help them complete the sales and sales-enabling transactions that allow them to grow and thrive.

And, of equal importance, we understand the “let’s make this happen now” mindset of other category creators. It is our mindset, too.
